Mr. Evans received his Bachelor of Science and Masters of Engineering with an emphasis in Water Resources from Texas A&M University. He has a variety of experience in transportation and public works improvement projects as a consultant, for the City of Bryan, Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), and Jacobs Engineering. Prior to joining H&H Resources, Inc., his duties included inspection of detention ponds, GIS database management, hydraulic and hydrologic analyses, HEC RAS modeling, FEMA Floodplain Mapping and delineation and roadway construction inspection. Mr. Evans is experienced in the use of various computer programs including GIS, HEC RAS, HEC HMS, Pond Pack, HEC GeoRAS and MicroStation.
