Mr. Talley has worked on a wide range of engineering projects, including: commercial sites; railroad design and layout; road, water and sewer improvements; flood mitigation; floodplain modeling; and subdivision review and approval. Previous employment includes: Norfolk Southern Railroad in Atlanta, Georgia; Stevenson & Palmer Engineering, in Albany, Georgia; and the City of Albany Georgia.

 

Mr. Talley has experience in managing and designing projects that involve a variety of funding sources including: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP), and Georgia Environmental Facilities Authority Loans (GEFA).
