This public water utility retained HHR as its water system engineer.  Our services include program evaluation for regulatory compliance, system mapping, development of standard procedures, specifications, and construction details, coordination with state regulators to receive delegated plan review authority, and remedial design for certain under-performing areas of the system.  Design includes pressure and flow testing, evaluation of existing pumps, storage, and distribution, proposed distribution system improvements and variable-frequency drive (VFD) booster pumps.
