This aging spillway was to be replaced, and embankment enlarged to accommodate a road crossing for a proposed residential subdivision. HHR provided hydrologic analysis of watershed and hydraulic design of proposed spillway, determination of base flood elevations along Zone A floodplain, and floodplain impact analysis of improvements.
