HHR has provided a variety of services to this county government.  We have provided plan review for development projects, assisted with floodplain management, provided transportation design, and assisted with NPDES compliance.  We led the effort to prepare the Flood Mitigation Assistance Plan and Multi-Jurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Plan.  These tasks have required us to coordinate with FEMA, Georgia DOT, County Floodplain Administrator, and GEMA.
